What services does Taxi Boest offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of rides: city rides for everyday journeys, medical transport and patient transfers, airport transfers, and recurring rides for regular appointments. Individual special trips are also possible upon request.
How does airport transfer work?
We will get you to your airport on time and relaxed – or pick you up upon your return. We recommend reserving your transfer early so that we can optimally coordinate the pick-up time with your flight. Please contact us by phone or email.
What are medical transport services and who can use them?
Medical transport services are special rides to medical facilities such as doctor’s offices, clinics, or therapy centers. You can use them if you are unable to drive yourself due to your illness and have a medical transport referral. We handle your transport discreetly and reliably.
Does health insurance cover the costs of medical transport?
Yes, upon presentation of a valid transport referral, we will bill your statutory or private health insurance directly. Please note that a statutory co-payment may apply – similar to prescriptions at the pharmacy.
Can I book regular rides (recurring rides)?
Yes, this is our specialty. Whether dialysis, chemo, or radiation therapy rides, or regular rides to work – we organize reliable recurring rides according to your personal schedule. Just talk to us, and together we will find the best solution.
How far in advance should I reserve a ride?
For spontaneous city rides, you can call us at short notice. For airport transfers, medical transport, or regular recurring rides, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so that we can plan your ride optimally.
