For over 30 years, we have been a family-run business in Bad Soden-Salmünster. With a strong team of around 80 employees and a fleet of over 40 vehicles, we are out and about every day in the Main-Kinzig district and throughout Germany. Reliability, dedication and closeness to our customers and passengers define our work.
As a dispatcher, you are the first point of contact for our customers and impress with your friendly manner. You keep track of all vehicles and always find a way to make forgotten doctor's appointments possible after all, or to get Grandma Hilde to her coffee morning. You advise the businessman who wants to be at the train station on time, but also the group of party guests who, after all the celebrating, can barely remember where we took them before.
You always have an open ear for our drivers when they get stuck behind the garbage truck in a one-way street again, or help a patient find their way around a clinic, while finding an alternative solution to still serve the next waiting customer on time.
Your main working tool is a straightforward software that provides you with all the necessary information in real time and is just waiting to be fed with the master data of new customers, making your daily work even easier.
In summary, your tasks are as follows:
- Receiving and coordinating customer orders, both by phone and through electronic transmission and email correspondence
- Dispatching and managing day-to-day operations
- Creating quotes for passengers
What we expect from you:
- Reliability, flexibility and motivation
- Friendliness, customer orientation, organizational skills
- Punctuality is essential in our industry
- Good local knowledge of the towns of Schlüchtern, Steinau, Bad Soden-Salmünster and Wächtersbach is desirable, but at minimum key points of interest should be known

Your profile

Your responsibilities:
• Processing transport vouchers and billing documents
• Documentation of outgoing invoices
• Checking incoming payments
• Carrying out invoice corrections and supplementary billing
• Processing dunning procedures
• Written and telephone correspondence with customers and health insurance companies
Your profile:
• Experience in health insurance billing or patient transport
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good written and spoken German skills
